Willem (Friesian Horse)

Safe, super, cool, and unique is the definition of Willem. Willem is a 16.1 purebred Friesian stallion that is one of the coolest horses we have ever owned. We’ve owned a lot of stallions and it is safe to say Willem is probably the most level headed one we have ever had. Willem is super broke to ride, he neck reins, side passes and almost lopes in place. Willem is safe enough for the whole family. We have taken him on miles of trails with complete beginners. Willem will take care of his rider whether they are 5 yrs old or 105 yrs old. He is absolutely uncomplicated it does not matter what for situation you are in. We have ponied colts off him and done almost anything you could dream of with him. We purchased Willem off a good friend of ours that has owned him for the past 9 years. My friend called me and asked if I could find Willem the perfect home because he said he is getting older and just doesn’t ride him as much anymore and Willem deserves to have more attention and time under saddle than he has been getting. Willem is a proven breeder and has some beautiful foals on the ground. But do not let the stallion part scare you because Willem is quieter than some geldings and the only time you notice that he is a stallion is if you are breeding mares and then he is very controllable and easy to handle. Willem does not make a fuss being around other horses and he can also be pastured with other geldings. Willem does great with leg cues, and he also participated in dancing shows, western dressage and also does the Spanish walk. Did I mention Willem is super well broke to drive too? You can hook him up at any given time and go for a stroll. He also rides bareback and bridle-less and picks up his correct leads every time.
